Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a real impact across the business.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations while working closely with multiple departments. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day line management of two members of the administration team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office.
  • Line managing and mentoring two administrators.
  • Liaising with departments across the business to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Preparing customer quotations and processing orders.
  • Providing administrative support to the estimating team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of administration.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative position.
  • Experience supervising or managing a small team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working across different departments.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and office administration systems.
