THE ROLE:
- Working closely with the Firms' Senior Partners to deliver a range of work including:
- Wills.
- Probate Administration.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Court of Protection Work.
- Dealing with own caseload of clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
- You should have experience in probate law, with the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of probate matters.
- A strong working knowledge of the entire probate process, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
