AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Administration: Manage the MD diary by priority and urgency. Manage inbound and outbound email, filtering for relevance and matters requiring personal attention. Provide support for meetings including preparing packs and agendas, arranging refreshments, taking minutes, noting action points and following them up. Prepare and submit executives expense claims. With permission from MD, ad hoc support to other directors. Communication: Liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Arranging key internal & external events. Prioritisation of effective communication on behalf of MD. General: Complete ad-hoc assignments or research when required. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Provide overall support for other senior managers as necessary. Any other duties as directed by the Managing Director. Ensure housekeeping of the administration offices (Director's Floor) is maintained to the highest standards THE CANDIDATE: Qualification: – Higher education or a combination of related work experience. Important Attributes: – Degree qualified ideally – Chinese speaker preferred – Ethical, Assertive, Approachable, and Committed to the organisations. Technical Skills: – Strong computer skills. Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office applications. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and system. Other Essential Skills: – Ability to keep company confidential information. – Strong organisational skills. – Strong written and verbal communication skills. – Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once. – Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
