We are currently looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to work within our business on one of our desks covering the South Yorkshire/North Lincolnshire area. These desks range across the following sectors including Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, Office Support, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain.
After initial inductions and training, you will be working autonomously in a full 360 degree recruitment consultant role recruiting in the areas of supply chain and procurement, engineering and production. All our consultants build and develop long standing client and candidate relationships and are the first choice for a wide variety of companies from global plcs to the SME sector, education, the Arts, charities and the public sector.
The successful recruitment consultant will be a real people person, able to identify the right candidates for roles and with the ability to understand not just what those candidates are looking for but most importantly what they are not looking for! You enjoy the client liaison and have great listening skills in order to deliver, building the relationships that keep our clients coming back across all our recruitment divisions.
