THE ROLE:
- Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Preparing payment runs and monitoring due dates.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing.
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes.
- Liaising with accountants, suppliers, and customers on accounts queries.
- Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintaining office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Preparing basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Ensuring office procedures are followed and updated.
Essential
- Previous experience in accounts administration and/or office administration.
