THE ROLE: (Remote working position with occasional office meeting presence) The role of the ER Adviser is a remote working position and will require some occasional office attendance. The ER Adviser will deliver an outstanding supportive service offering expert HR advice to their customers and stakeholders, building their trust and gaining credibility. To act as the first point of contact providing advice and solutions on all ER matters. Responding to a wide range of customer client HR queries responding quickly and giving accurate advice.
