This is a full time position, 37.5 hours pw and offering a hybrid working pattern
THE ROLE:
– As the FP and A Analyst your role will provide vital support to the business on reporting, budgeting and forecasts
– Provide business partnering and analysis to support operational initiatives and projects
– Provide financial support to strategic planning, support cost reduction activities, and financial support to capital projects and product costing/profit margin analysis
– Provide support to the strategic 5 year planning process
– Involvement in numerous projects as and when they arise including the areas of systems, acquisitions, major capex, new products etc
– A variety of ad hoc duties as and when arises
– This is a full, challenging and very interesting appointment that will have appeal to those candidates who are curious in nature and have robust analytical and investigative skills

THE CANDIDATE:
– You are a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with first class interpersonal, communication, analytical and investigative skills. Part qualified accountants who are at finalist or passed finalist level with the relevant experience should still apply and will be considered. If required the company will pick up the cost of final exams to qualify.
– Ready for your next challenge as perhaps a newly qualified accountant, you want to join a finance team who really understand the concept of working collaboratively and in a friendly environment
– Candidates should have an interest in systems and be competent/Advanced Excel users
– Ideally you will have previously worked in a manufacturing environment
