The Role: Working remotely, you will be responsible for a region in County Durham/Teeside where you will work closely with your stakeholders building strong and credible relationships. The role of the ER Adviser will support a number of senior stakeholders at different customer sites with all their ER queries and casework from start to finish. There will be a wide variety of cases, some complex, and the ideal candidate will have a strong ER background (with some experience of complex ER casework) and a solid background in HR.
