They are currently looking to recruit an experienced operational generalist HR Manager for 9 - 12 months to cover maternity. The role involves working closely with the SLT teams, leading the HR team to ensure an effective HR service is delivered to the business supporting with ER, Recruitment, HR Projects, restructures, redundancy and TUPE. An outstanding opportunity to work for a long-established market leader in the FMCG sector. The role will cover maternity for between 9 - 12 months, offering the chance to deliver a full generalist operational HR service to the management teams, lead the HR team across a busy, fast-moving business with established sites across the UK. The role will require excellent ER (casework) knowledge and experience (complex ER). Previous experience working on HR projects. Experience of restructures, redundancies, TUPE processes, delivery of transformation and change. Previously supported on HR strategy. Experience working with Unions and building strong stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication skills, outstanding influencing skills, ability to lead and coordinate a team. SKILLS: CIPD 7. Excellent employment law knowledge. Previous experience of ER (complex ER). Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites nationwide (some overnights might be required). Experience on restructures, redundancies, TUPE processes, Transformation and Change, operational HR. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Previously worked in manufacturing in a busy organisation.
