The role of the HR Business Partner will suit a confident people-focused HR Advisor or HR Officer looking to step up into a front facing true people partnering role, working with key operational site leaders and line managers ensuring they receive a consistent, compliant service and people-centric approach whilst delivering HR support and coaching where needed on people initiatives in a values-led environment.

Working as part of an established close-knit and supportive wider UK HR team, the HR Business Partner role will suit a confident, commercially aware HR Professional with good business acumen and capable of playing a key role in supporting site stakeholders across several sites within its region.

KEY FUNCTION OF THE ROLE:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing an advisory service to business managers and employees, leading on employee relations cases, implementation of policies and procedures, using data and insights to understand workforce priorities and guide decision-making. Support organisational change activities such as restructures, succession planning, and employee development, help identify and resolve the root causes of people and operational issues. Coach and develop leaders to enhance performance and engagement.

THE HR CANDIDATE:
  • CIPD level 5 qualified with experience in a generalist multi-site HR role.
  • Commercially minded with good business acumen.
  • Confident working autonomously while being part of a supportive wider HR team.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship-builder with good communication and influencing skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to travel across multiple regional sites and if necessary, support with travelling to UK sites.
  • Capable of making data informed decisions.
  • Ready to step up into a true HR Business Partnering role and grow your strategic HR skills.
  • Excellent employment law knowledge.
  • Good HR grounding and true HR generalist.
THE BENEFITS:

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 plus car allowance and benefits. Hybrid working (home based role) with travel to regional UK sites in the Cambridgeshire area (some UK travel possible). Location: Cambridgeshire and Southeast corridor.
