We are pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with a Global leader in the food sciences sector, who due to on-going successes are looking to add 2 Export Account Managers.
THE ROLE:
- Via the strategic guidance of the Head of International Business Development, manage the relationships with existing international distributors for the company's brands.
- To agree annual forecasts and investments, to achieve these agreed sales objectives and to identify opportunities for increased portfolio sales in alignment with the International Expansion and Growth strategy of the business.
- Achieve sales objectives and targets for relevant distributor.
- Coordinate with customer to ensure accurate monthly forecasting.
- Align customer rolling forecasts to the annual business budget process.
- Track forecasts against budget and predict/ highlight key gaps in the sales forecast vs annual budget.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and implement price increases within set time parameters to prevent claims.
- Implement and oversee Trading Terms within the distributor.
- Provide monthly business updates according to agreed deadlines to management & stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance aligned to the global market that the distributor operates in.
- Manage client relationships, develop existing accounts.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Required as a minimum, 3+ years' experience within areas including, Sales, Account management, Business Development and managing client relationships.
- 2 years key account management experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare is highly desirable.
- Out-going nature.
- Comfortable on the phone.
- Must be a Team player and prepared to rise to a challenge.
- 3 or 4 days a week in the office, with Friday as a work from home day in most weeks.
- Multilingual candidates would be welcomed.
