Do you have availability for a 10-12 month maternity leave contract? My client is seeking a Financial Accountant for this interesting and varied role to support the Financial Controller.
THE BENEFITS: £35,000 - c£40,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for the duration of the contract), parking and flexible start times if required.
THE ROLE: Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will include balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, CAPEX control, general ledger journals and assisting with the AP and AR ledgers. There will be a number of ad hoc duties as and when required. It is envisaged that the contract will be for a 10-12 months duration to start asap.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a minimum of AAT qualified and have broad based skills, a high standard of systems literacy particularly with Excel and previous experience of working with an ERP system would be beneficial. Confident communication skills both written and verbal are essential as is your availability to complete the duration of the contract.
THE COMPANY: My client operates in the manufacturing sector and has a friendly, supportive culture. Parking is available on site.
