THE ROLE:
Working in a busy regional HRBP role, this role supports a number of different stakeholders based at sites across the Midlands region. Working as part of a wider HR team, this busy HR role offers a lot of autonomy, and opportunity to be the \’go to\’ person at sites in HR. The HRBP has responsibility for delivering an full HR service covering all key areas of HR partnering with Site Directors, site Managers, Line Managers and different site stakeholder groups. The key tasks for this position will be to deliver the people strategy, drive initiatives and strategy across workforce planning, performance management, engagement, wellbeing, retention, succession, ER (complex ER), training, and driving a positive engaging culture. In this role \’no two days will be the same!\’ It is a busy role requiring strong prioritising skills.

Key responsibilities:
Business partnering and supporting site Managers, Directors and Line Managers from different sites and supporting at site level on all things HR.

THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD Level 5
At least 2 years operational HR generalist experience
Previous experience working in a business partnering role
Must have worked in a regional HR role previously
Good strong HR backgrounds in ER, policies, engagement/wellbeing/succession and work force planning
Excellent knowledge and ability in data analysis and data insight
Capable of multiskilling, prioritising workload, organised, confident communicator, and enjoys a busy working environment with heavy workload
Can work well under pressure
