We are pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with a Global leader in the food sciences sector, who due to ongoing successes are looking to add 2 Export Account Managers.
THE ROLE:
- Via the strategic guidance of the Head of International Business Development, manage the relationships with existing international distributors for the company's brands.
- Agree annual forecasts and investments to achieve these agreed sales objectives and identify opportunities for increased portfolio sales in alignment with the International Expansion and Growth strategy of the business.
- Achieve sales objectives and targets for relevant distributor.
- Coordinate with customer to ensure accurate monthly forecasting.
- Align customer rolling forecasts to the annual business budget process.
- Track forecasts against budget and predict/highlight key gaps in the sales forecast vs annual budget.
- Monitor pricing accuracy and implement price increases within set time parameters to prevent claims.
- Implement and oversee Trading Terms within the distributor.
- Provide monthly business updates according to agreed deadlines to management & stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance aligned to the global market that the distributor operates in.
- Manage client relationships and develop existing accounts.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Required as a minimum, 3+ years' experience within areas including Sales, Account management, Business Development and managing client relationships.
- 2 years key account management experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare is highly desirable.
- Out-going nature.
- Comfortable on the phone.
- Must be a Team player and prepared to rise to a challenge.
- 3 or 4 days a week in the office, with Friday as a work from home day in most weeks.
- Multilingual candidates would be welcomed.
