This is an excellent opportunity in Newcastle for a Private Client Solicitor looking for a new challenge. This is a great opportunity to work for an established and reputable firm with a friendly and open culture. THE ROLE: Capable of advising on trust creation and administration Be prepared to travel as required to clients and our other local offices Following up new leads Advising clients on all aspects of probate, tax and trust matters. Advising on inheritance tax planning Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills would be desirable, but not essential THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for some who is ideally 5 years PQE. You will ideally have a proven track record across Trusts, Probates, Court of Protection, Complex Wills, Tax, Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Personal Trusts.
