This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join this expanding business. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will be accountable for the Demand Plan. As a business they are undergoing a lot of expansion, exploring new markets and investing to build stronger and bigger teams. These are exciting times to be joining the team and they are looking for people equipped with experience, hunger and enthusiasm to take the business to the next level. THE ROLE: Drive the end-to-end demand process utilising LEAN initiatives. Work collaboratively with Supply Planner to resolve any supply & demand conflicts. Accountable for validation of critical demand data (PLM, seasonality, family). Accountable for forecast accuracy (statistical and added intelligence). Accountable for input of key customer forecasts. Accountable for unconstrained requirement plan, aggregation granularity and overviews. Responsible for initiative monitoring & evaluation. Responsible for reviewing gap between demand plan and sales budget. Accountable for the Demand Plan. Responsible for input into Demand strategy. Responsible for the Demand review S&OP process. Manage the Demand planning system. Responsible for ensuring Product changes have been implemented on system. Manages the insight feeds; internal & external. Accountable for demand reconciliation and gap closing monitoring. THE CANDIDATE: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or Demand Planning role Advanced analytical skills (Advanced Excel/Smartsheet) Demand systems (desirable) Supply chain systems ERP – M365 or NetSuite preferred.
