This is an excellent opportunity for a 'hands on' Credit Controller to join a busy and fast paced team. Our client is a leading manufacturing business operating in the food sector where provision of a high level of customer satisfaction is one of their core values. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Financial Controller your duties will be varied and include the following:
- Daily: Invoice Finance Figures, Update Bank Account, Daily invoices and distribute to customer, unload to customer systems, Telephone/email chasing of debts, and responding to queries, Post remittances received on Bespoke system and Credit control notes, Raise credits.
- Weekly: Sales Reconciliation, Bank Recs, Debtors reports, Debtors meeting prep, Customer statements via email.
- Monthly: Monthly Recs and reports for submission, Match overhead reports to nominal ledger, Post monthly journals - overrider, bad debt and petty cash, Invoice Facility Monthly reconciliations, Any other relevant duties required by Management.
