Are you an experienced HR Business Partner available at short notice and ready to make an immediate impact? We are recruiting for an exceptional 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a hands-on, operationally focused Senior HR Business Partner. This is a true 'feet on the ground' role, offering the chance to work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions and support teams across two key locations.

As a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and lead on a broad range of day-to-day HR activities, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR support that drives business performance. THE ROLE:

  • Working with varied national and international stakeholders navigating cultural differences and aligning practices
  • Adoption of HR practices, enablement of initiatives and capable of translating established frameworks into practical workable application
  • Capable of identifying patterns, gaps and opportunities to improve
  • Capable of strengthening alignment between how HR practices are designed and how they are experienced across an organisation
  • Managing records, documentation, and compliance requirements, providing clear guidance on HR policies and procedures and ER matters
  • Partnering with Leaders to anticipate and deal with workforce challenges, support and produce advice on sensitive and complex situations across performance management, absence, organisational change
  • Support roll out and implementation of People capabilities and implementation of initiatives

THE PERSON:

  • 5+ years in operational HR position at HRBP level
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of People processes systems and Workday / People Soft / SAP
  • Solid operational HR generalist experience
  • Strong ER background
  • Available at short notice and willing to travel to UK site if required, prepared to work office based
  • Clear communicator, reliable and accessible, commitment to offer the best possible HR service to the business, capable of being responsive, excellent attention to detail, prioritising workload, working from own initiative
