THE ROLE: The role of Legal Secretary is to support a busy team who assist clients throughout the UK and beyond. You will work closely with the team providing secretarial duties. The role requires good knowledge and experience of day-to-day administrative tasks to be carried out. Working hours are 35 per week (Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch).
Typical duties:
- File opening.
- Dealing with enquiries (face-to-face, over the telephone and via e-mail).
- Preparing letters and documentation.
- Dealing with correspondence and other documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Photocopying documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

- Have secretarial / administrative experience.
