We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join the team at Edwards Motors, a long-established family-owned dealership with over 50 years in the motor trade. This role offers a basic salary of £18,000, with on-target earnings of £45,000 including commission, with uncapped earning potential for high performers.

The Opportunity

At Edwards Motors, our Sales Executives play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving strong sales results across vehicles and our full range of products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and prospects, guiding them through the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring a professional and positive experience at every stage. This is a target-driven role where success is rewarded, and your earnings reflect your performance.

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Alternate Sundays: 10:30am – 4:30pm
  • One weekday off each week (rota basis)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Engaging with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Selling vehicles alongside finance, additional products and services
  • Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process
  • Supporting the team and contributing to a professional showroom environment
