Overview

Sales Operations Coordinator for Ireland – part-time

Responsibilities

  • You will be the central point of contact for one of Atlas Copco brands – Edwards, leading manufacturer of vacuum equipment for semiconductor industry.
  • Our customers are chip manufacturers, and you will be in charge to take ownership of their order related and other complex queries and interface with local sales and service teams, technical support, logistics, supply chain, product managers, service repair centre and finance teams to deliver against customer requirements and in line with internal business objectives.
  • Manage requirements and handle communication with our business partners, primarily in Ireland.
  • You will support Sales team in quotation process to provide information on price, availability and other product related details and be responsible for issuing the quotes to the customers.
  • You will manage and follow up on all types of customer orders, delivery dates and holds and escalate where appropriate and be responsible for your customer \”Open order book management\”.
  • You will manage customers’ service orders in SAP, follow up with field service engineers on tool installations and service centre teams on repairs of customer’s vacuum equipment and advise customer about aftersales options and return processes, including warranty cases.
  • You will pro-acively strive for continuous improvement and personal development.
  • You will manage all activities to drive achieving financial objectives.
  • Cooperate with your teammates and provide together first-class support to our business partners.

  • Excellent level of English

  • Energetic but patient in solving problems
  • Able to work under stress and multitask
  • SAP and other administration tools or database management systems knowledge is an advantage
