Your Role:
- Manage onsite teams effectively for daily operations.
- Carry out tasks following Edwards\’ Best Operating Practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers onsite.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, working closely with clients.
- Understand customer requests and relay feedback to the Service Manager.
- Provide regular reports on activities and status updates.
- Participate actively in improving health, safety, and loss control systems.
- Report safety issues affecting the workplace or Edwards\’ equipment.
- Work both independently and as part of a team with a customer-sensitive approach.
To succeed, you will need:
- Experience in field service activities and product knowledge.
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is advantageous.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, electrical/PLC controls, and electronics.
- Strong soft skills for team leadership and communication.
- Interpersonal skills to build good customer relationships.
- A solid understanding of relevant engineering disciplines.
