The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As a Finance Administrative Assistant, your mission is to support IVS functions related to Billing, Invoicing, Inventory Maintenance, and Customer Service. You will be responsible for maintaining critical billing and invoicing files and data, supporting administrative tasks across IVS, and helping foster a positive, cohesive work environment. You will play a key role in upholding high standards of customer service with both external clients and internal stakeholders. You will report to our Business Controller.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Acting as the point person for the Service Schedule, reviewing for accuracy of status, comments, and missing dates for service and sales.
  2. Assisting with obtaining POs according to the SAF-PO KPI/process instructions.
  3. Supporting Month-End spreadsheets and reports for service and sales KPIs, along with data collection.
  4. Maintaining invoicing for the month, including entries and mailing/emailing necessary invoices.
  5. Entering A/P invoices and maintaining the invoice journal for review and approval.
  6. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, Business Line Managers, and the Distribution Center Manager on inventory management.

To succeed, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role with a focus on customer service; billing/invoicing experience is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and administrative skills.
