The Role
•Carry out the installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, trouble shooting and field support.
•Understand customers\’ requests and feedback to Field Service Team Leader.
•Provide regular reports and status of activities.
•Work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required.
•Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required.
•Actively participate in ongoing improvement in the standard of our health, safety and loss control management systems.
What we expect of you?
•Experience in field service activities would be an advantage.
•Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
•Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
•Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.
•good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.
