Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient’s unmet clinical needs. How you make an impact
- Scope new projects, define business requirements, prioritize deliverables, negotiate with stakeholders (users, internal and external technology solution providers), monitor and manage progress.
- Lead the project team and manage the project budget, contracts, establish and maintain project timelines, and drive communication to stakeholders.
- Enhance current applications/processes by studying current practices and recommending areas for improvement.
- Supervise invoice and payment processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and software quality validation processes.
- Create user manuals and business procedures, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
- Train and provide support to users, presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner.
- Manage new product launches and ensure readiness in all Professional Education aspects.
- Maintain data quality. Timely enter and correct data into databases and reports.
- Analyze the data from the department’s IT applications.
- Work closely with the Professional Education Manager to support a best-in-class EMEA Professional Education Program and support all activities within the department to ensure accomplishment of results as needed.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in engineering sciences, information systems or business analysis or another field relevant to the position, 8 years experience of experience in consultancy and/or project management Required.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in engineering sciences, information systems or business analysis or another field relevant to the position, 6 years experience of experience in consultancy and/or project management Required.
- Knowledge of the medical device’s environment is strongly Preferred.
- Experience working in a large manufacturing company Preferred.
Additional Skills
- Proven successful project management skills.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and systems.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
- Extensive understanding of related aspects of processes and/or systems.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Project management skill required, team lead experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with spreadsheet modeling and database analysis.
- Experienced Salesforce.com user is preferred.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Possesses good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing.
- Skilled at effectively communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate, build consensus and persuade others.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
