Overview
In this field-based role, you’ll blend commercial targets with hands-on clinical support for Edwards TMTT in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. You’ll build key customer relationships, lead educational and procedural support in the cath lab, and drive adoption of therapies and new products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze market data, plan forecasts, and promote clinical education. This position offers international exposure within a dynamic, patient-centered mission and frequent travel.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute actions to achieve sales and profit targets within the territory
- Forecast activity by account, product and therapy and propose event budgets
- Promote educational events, clinical sessions, trials and studies to customers
- Drive product penetration, build relationships and launch new therapies in the region
- Collect and analyze external market data and internal product performance metrics
- Provide clinical support in procedures and proctoring in the cath lab as aTMTT expert
- Offer guidance on patient selection for Transcatheter Heart Valve Implants
- Maintain Procedural Success Rate objectives and support field tools
- Participate in Clinical/Marketing team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with country sales organizations and clinical teams
Key requirements
- Experience in an operating room or cath lab environment
- Knowledge of interventional cardiology and structural heart disease; heart valve implant procedures are advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
- Related life science degree or nursing qualification, or equivalent
- Cardiac imaging skills or Echo experience is advantageous
- Self-motivated, autonomous with excellent planning and organization
- Willingness to travel extensively; driving license essential
- Experience in conducting training programs is a plus
- Previous medical sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Comfort with a field-based role and travel across the UK/Ireland region
