In-house practice seeks a Private Client Paralegal with experience in Wills and LPAs to join the growing team. You will be working alongside a small team drafting Wills, LPA and carrying out Probate and Discovery work. You\’ll be handling all aspects of the client’s needs, from ensuring an up-to-date Will is on file, liaising with panel firms regarding a client exacting requirements and to deal with discovery and Probate. Candidates must have a legal background with a min of 6 months experience in Private Client work, any additional experience assisting with Probates or Trusts would be an added advantage You\’ll possess excellent communication skills, being able to deal with clients and solicitors on a daily basis, via a variety of methods providing the very highest level of service to clients. This role would suit a Paralegal or junior lawyer looking to develop a career or an experienced Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Trusts Manager looking to take a step back or is returning from a career break.
