Are you an experienced Residential Property lawyer looking for a role which offers flexibility of reduced hours and the chance to work from home 1-2 days per week?
Our client is seeking a Solicitor (4yrs), CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner to join this established practice based in central Brighton offering a range of legal services including Property, Probate, Family, Litigation and Business services/advice.
You will be joining a two Partner Residential Property team dealing with freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, remortgages, co-ownership, probate sales, divorce sales and buy-to-let and investment properties. Any experience with lease extensions or enfranchisement would be an added advantage.
This role is full-time although reduced hours/days will also be considered, some home/remote working is also on offer.
