Leading Sussex practice seeks Residential Property Solicitor or ILEX to take over existing caseload offering 50% home/remote working.
You will be joining this established practice which can trace its roots back to the late 1800s, regularly attracting lawyers from established regional and London practices.
Working from the firm\’s modern town centre offices, you will join a team of 10 fee earners dealing with the sale/purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, including seafront apartments, family homes, investment properties, RTBs, and new build developments. Experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement, or rural/country properties would be an advantage.
Candidates should be Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision. Full admin/secretarial support is available.
Offer includes a generous salary, benefits package, bonus scheme, and the opportunity for home/remote working 2-3 days per week.
