Established West Sussex practice seeks Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Probate Executive. Offering WFH 2-3 days per week as well as part-time/flexible hours.
You will be joining this relaxed practice overseeing an existing caseload whilst working alongside a team of 3 lawyers in the firm's Private Client department split across two village locations. You will have experience dealing with Probate & Estate matters, drafting Wills, LPAs and ideally some knowledge of Trusts. Any experience with COP work would be an advantage.
This role offers the successful individual the chance to either work as a lawyer in the department or to head/supervise the firm's Private Client team and become part of the Directorship (having a vital say in how the business is run). Part-time will also be considered.
Benefits include 25 days annual leave, generous salary, bonus (in way of a profit-share), WFH (2-3 days).
