Are you a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX looking to further your legal career? Our client is a 4 office high street practice based in West Sussex and Hampshire offering a range of legal services to its clients which includes Private Client, Property, Commercial law, Family law and Litigation advice.
You will be joining a 6 lawyer Wills Trusts & Estates team dealing with an existing caseload as well as playing a key role managing/supervising more junior members of the team. A wide breadth of experience is required including handling Probate & Estate matters, drafting Wills & LPAs, administering Trusts, and advising on Tax planning issues. Support is on hand but you should be IT literate; STEP membership would be an advantage.
This role offers the flexibility to be based at any of the firm's high street or village office locations as well as the benefit of some home/remote working. A generous salary, 25 days annual leave entitlement, free parking, and private medical insurance are just a few staff benefits on offer.
