Our client specialises in both personal and commercial law and accommodates over 100 staff across 8 offices in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
Joining the firms West Sussex office the successful individual will be working alongside 3 lawyers in the Private Client department dealing with a mix of work which included Probate & Estate matters, Wills, LPAs, Elderly Client and ideally some Trusts (although not essential). Any experience with Will/Probate disputes would be an added advantage.
Candidates with or working towards STEP membership would be preferred.
Clients include private individuals, families, elderly clients, farming clients and some HNW individuals.
