Established West Sussex practice seeks Private Client Solicitors, CILEX\’s, Probate Executives and Paralegals.
Offering WFH 2-3 days per week as well as part-time/flexible hours
You will be joining this relaxed practice overseeing an existing caseload whilst working alongside a team or 3 lawyers in the firms Private Client department split across two village locations. You will have experiencedealing with Probate & Estate matters, drafting Wills, LPAs and ideally some knowledge of Trusts. Any experience with COP work would be an advantage.
This role offers the successful individual the chance to either work as a lawyer in the department or to head/supervise the firms Private Client team and become part of the \”Directorship\” (having a vital say in how the business is run). Part-time will also be considered.
Benefits include 25 days annual leave, Generous Salary, Bonus (in way of a profit-share), WFH (2-3 Days)
