East Sussex solicitors practice which can trace its roots back to the early 1900’s seeks a Private Client lawyer, Paralegal, CILEX or Solicitor to join busy Private Client department – (full or part-time considered) You will be joining this 6 Partner practice dealing with Private Client and Elderly Client matters mainly for local Sussex based individuals/families. The firms private Client department of 14 staff deals with the drafting of Wills/LPAs, handles Probate & Estate matters, Trusts, Deputyship/Court of Protection work and provides advice on Estate Planning. The successful individual will be joining a small office team working closely alongside one of the firms experienced Probate Solicitors, you must be IT literate and have experience using Case management systems – although some support can be provided. Generous salary, Bonus Scheme, 25 Days Annual leave and WFH (2-3 days a week) are just some of the staff benefits on offer
