Overview

Are you a Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) with experience in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims seeking a new role offering Hybrid working?

Our client is a an established practice with 3 offices located along the Sussex coast.

Responsibilities

• Work closely alongside one of the south east\’s leading injury lawyers, handling complex claimant RTA, EL, PL claims as well as some Clinical Negligence matters (including paraplegia, mesothelioma, complex regional pain syndrome, spinal injuries and head/brain injury cases).
• Assist with Holiday/Travel claim experience if applicable.
• Handle a mixed caseload while playing an active role in expanding the existing department.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
• IT literate and experience working with Case Management systems.
• Desirable: membership or progression towards Law Society Personal Injury Panel, Clinical Negligence Panel, or recognition from Headway.
