Exciting hybrid or fully Home Working opportunity is available for either an experienced CILEX or qualified Solicitor (3yrs+) to join this specialist Landlord & Tenant litigation practice. You will be joining this niche team of L&T lawyers dealing with complex advice to Landlord/RMC/RTM clients and professional managing agents on residential property management disputes and dispute avoidance, service charge/ground rent disputes, breaches of lease covenants, possession and forfeiture claims, leasehold disrepair, trespass claims and tenancy disputes. Some experience with long leasehold enforcement required.

The successful individual will be servicing the firm’s clients full time (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). There is also the option to work from the firm’s offices in Sussex 1-2 days per week if required (although this is not mandatory). The team keeps in regular contact by phone, video calls and virtual meetings throughout the week so although this is a home working opportunity, you will still feel very much part of the team.

You must be IT literate, have experience with Case Management systems. All necessary equipment will be provided for a home office. A generous starting salary, bonus scheme, pension and annual leave entitlement is all on offer.
