Are you a Legal Secretary with over 2 years experience in Private Client work? Our client has been established in Chichester for over 60 years and provides a range of legal services to private individuals and business clients.
You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to a Private Client Partner dealing with a mix of Wills, Estate Planning and Probate matters. Candidates must be fully IT literate and have experience speaking with/meeting clients both face to face and by phone.
Other responsibilities/duties include:
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Opening/closing and archiving files
- Audio typing and dictation
- Producing documents including wills and LPA’s
- Requesting monies
- Preparing estate accounts
- Completing posting slips for making payments
This position will be full-time and office based with working hours 9 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday. Generous salary and benefits on offer.
