About the Role
You will be working in picturesque Canterbury overseeing an existing caseload of Wills, Probate/Estate matters, and Court of Protection work for the firm\’s Kent and London based clients, including some HNW individuals. Experience with UK and International Tax & off-shore Trusts work would be advantageous but is not essential. Additional Residential Conveyancing experience (sales/purchases, re-mortgages, RTBs, and lease extensions) would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a caseload of private client matters.
- Supervise a small team of Paralegals/Support staff.
- Option to work from the firm\’s central London office 1-2 days per week (not compulsory).
- Work towards partnership within six months.
