Are you a Family Law Solicitor or CILEX in Sussex looking for either a full or part-time role which offers home/remote working 2 days a week? Our client is an established East Sussex practice with coastal offices, seeking a Solicitor (3yrs+) or CILEX to join an established matrimonial team of 5 lawyers and 3 support staff. You will be working from the firms Hastings office dealing with a caseload of privately funded divorce, finance and private childrens matters for Sussex, Kent and some London based clients. Experience dealing with arrangements for children, divorce and separation, domestic abuse, grandparents rights and relationship agreements would be required. You should also have some experience conducting advocacy in FDA and FDR hearings. Working closely alongside the departments two Partners the successful individual will also be playing a pivotal role in supporting and assisting junior members of the matrimonial team when/if required. This role is available on either a full-time basis or four days a week and offer the flexibility of some home/remote working up to 2 days per week.
