Are you a Conveyancing lawyer experienced in \”high volume\” property work and looking for a salary around £60,000pa – £70,000pa?
Our client is a specialist property practice with offices based in South London, Dartford, and Maidstone. You will be overseeing a busy caseload of freehold/leasehold sales/purchases and re-mortgages, acting primarily for panel lenders. Any experience with lease extensions, shared ownerships, auction sales, or commercial property sales & purchases would be an added advantage.
You will be working as part of a dedicated team with the support of junior assistants and support staff. Candidates must be IT literate and have experience working with case management systems in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Basic salary, a generous bonus scheme, with OTE circa £60,000pa – £70,000pa.
