Are you a Conveyancing lawyer, CILEX, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer looking for a role in either Ashford, Medway or Dartford?
Joining this established Residential Property team of over 20 lawyers you will be dealing with a broad mix of conveyancing work acting for private individuals, panel lenders, small scale developers and BTL investors.
Alongside the day to day sales/purchase and re-financing work the successful individuals will also be exposed to new build property transactions, auction sales and lease extensions. Any additional experience/exposure to Leasehold Enfranchisement or Commercial Property work would be an added advantage.
You must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems and work well within teams and an open plan office environment.
