Are you a Conveyancing lawyer, CILEX, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer looking for a role in either Ashford, Medway or Dartford?

Joining this established Residential Property team of over 20 lawyers you will be dealing with a broad mix of conveyancing work acting for private individuals, panel lenders, small scale developers and BTL investors.

Responsibilities

  • Daily sales/purchase and refinancing work.
  • New build property transactions, auction sales, lease extensions.
  • Exposure to leasehold enfranchisement and commercial property work (advantage).

Qualifications

  • Conveyancing lawyer, CILEX, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • IT literate with experience working with case management systems.
  • Ability to work well within teams and in an open-plan office environment.
