Are you aParalegal or Legal Assistant with 12 months+ experience in Residential Conveyancing
Our client is an established property practice with offices in Canterbury & London, acting for a range of clients including private individuals (some HNW), BTL investors and developers.
You will be assisting a Solicitor with residential sales/purchases and re-mortgages of freehold & leasehold properties, equity transfers/releases, lease extensions and the sale of land for development.
The successful individual will be speaking to clients and taking instructions, liaising with estate agents (by email and telephone), preparing contract papers, assisting with exchange and post exchange work which includes the submission of SDLT returns and AP1’s, dealing with sale enquiries Land Registry applications, ordering online searches and reviewing searches and mortgage offers.
