An eclectic mix of truly global tax work is on offer at this US-headquartered international law firm. The London office seeks a junior tax partner (who need not be an existing partner) with a keen interest in developing a diversified practice.
Funds related tax, corporate tax, private client tax matters (on the alternative investment side) await a future addition, together with a smattering of contentious tax and, if you’re up for it, even a soupcon of tax treaty drafting.
Acting for sovereign – and quasi-sovereign – entities, wealth funds, venture capital players and ultra-high net worth individuals, you will work with other tax lawyers in the law firm’s global network and co-ordinate local overseas counsel.
The role offers the opportunity to develop a unique, wide-ranging tax skillset.
