Commercial real estate is a core practice at this international law firm which has a leading investment and development practice supported by strong REF, construction, planning, tax and corporate real estate. The real estate team has a number of strong niches and, whilst it already has a credible senior living offering, particularly on the real estate finance side, it would like to upgrade this with a commercial property lateral with an angle in the space who can both coordinate and help spearhead the practice as its brand champion.
