As a fast-growing company we are looking for a forward-thinking and creative marketing and communications professional to help support the team with building YOTEL brand awareness and improving our regional marketing activity. About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our European Sales team as Regional Sales Manager for our managed London properties – YOTEL London City and YOTELPAD London Stratford. This role will support the Regional Director of Sales for Europe, as well as the General Manager’s of the two properties. Key Responsibilities (to name a few) * Focus segment: Business transient, Business Group, TMC partnership. * Full ownership to deliver agreed managed segment budget for assigned hotels. * Responsible for full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and contracting. * Manage the hotel sales team and set the hotel’s sales strategy to achieve overall sales targets across all managed segments. Including (but not limited to) setting KPIs, managing performance and implementing commercial action plan. * Planning, implementing, and reviewing hotels annual Commercial Action Plan in line with agreed yearly budget. * Carry out property sales activities, including but not limited to show rounds, initiate conversation with last minute and unexpected sales enquiries. * Secure new business and maintain repeat bookings for the relevant market segment. * Responsible for implementing and maintaining groups brand guidelines and standards. * Accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, room night an ADR targets for managed hotel for the relevant focus segment and overall revenue in line with the KPIs * Executes the sales plan and all required sales strategies covering the focus segment. * Pursues membership & networking organizations to prospect for new business and build strong relations for the hotel with customers and industry partners. * Assist with the annual budgeting process with the sales marketing plans to ensure all hotels have a detailed plan on how their focus segment targets will be achieved. * Identify market patterns and trends, leading change to maintain and improve the market share. Sharing with the relevant people at each hotel regularly * Effectively manage and nurture the key negotiated accounts to generate incremental business. What we are looking for * Essential: Has extension experience and knowledge of London leisure market * Experience of developing, driving sales strategies. * Be highly confident in abilities and be considered a creative person who can tackle complex assignments and identify sales leads. * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by using their outgoing personality to interact with guests, crew, HQ and others
