Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for Twilight Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment in Birmingham. This Warehouse Operative position is ideal for candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and looking for consistent warehouse work with overtime opportunities. If you are an experienced Warehouse Operative or looking to develop your career within a Goods In Warehouse Operative role, we would like to hear from you.

Warehouse Operative Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

  • Picking / packing
  • Manual handling and handballing of boxes and pallets (up to 20kg)
  • Replenishing stock into warehouse locations
  • Completing Goods In paperwork accurately
  • Supporting general warehouse duties

This Warehouse Operative role involves regular lifting and being on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Shift Options for Warehouse Operatives

Night Shift: 5:00pm – 1:00am (occasionally 2:00am) Sunday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday. Overtime is available for Warehouse Operatives who wish to increase their earnings.

Preferred Experience for Warehouse Operatives

While not essential, the following experience is advantageous:

  • Bendi Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
  • Counterbalance Licence
  • Man-Up Picker experience
  • PPT experience

Candidates with a Counterbalance licence may have the opportunity to convert to Bendi.
