We’re proud to work alongside a long-established business within the warehouse and distribution sector, who are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team in Wetherby. About the Role As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an important part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. Working within a small, experienced team, your duties will include: Picking and packing stock using a handheld scanner Goods in/out, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties Loading and unloading deliveries and wrapping pallets Maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness Occasionally driving a van to move stock between nearby sites (a driving licence is ideal) With lots of product lines, attention to detail is key — some items are small and similar, so accuracy really matters. You’ll also need a good level of physical fitness as some items weigh up to 25kg, and you’ll be on your feet for much of the day (comfortable footwear is a must!).
