Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our private client, for an experienced German Speaking, Outbound B2B Appointment Setter. What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months telesales or face-to-face sales experience
- Fluent/Native German Speaker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
- Technically minded with an interest in technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A tenacious, adaptable, and resilient mindset
- Thrive in a target-driven environment with a team-player attitude
- Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and drive to succeed
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of clients to generate new leads and arrange appointments
- Maintain a consistently high standard of quality work
- Accurately record activity and report to your Team Manager
- Represent the client’s brand in a professional and positive manner
Working Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexibility between 8am–8pm
- Can work remotely, from home.
