A growing Chesterfield based organisation is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to support its Scheduling / Planning team and ensure engineers, customers, and internal teams stay perfectly coordinated. As the Scheduling Administrator, you will be coordinating engineer schedules, managing service enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in delivering smooth, efficient service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and email
  • Preparing repair quotations and issuing them to customers
  • Coordinating service visits including contracted servicing, calibrations, breakdowns, installations, and project support
  • Maintaining engineer diaries ensuring plans are clearly scheduled and communicated
  • Procuring spare parts and managing stock for engineer teams
  • Carrying out any associated admin

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • An organised approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities
  • A good awareness of UK geography
